  • -Not require experience, be trained about jobs
  • -Using EL well ( specially the candidate that graduated from EL major)
  • -Have passion in HR
  • -Brisk, eager to learn and self - motivates
  1. Duties
  • -Participate in project about building salary based on the job position, building capacity dictionaries and KPIs.
  • -Working with departments to make job description, quota of workload of positions
  • -Follow the process of evaluating KPIs and capabilities periodly
  • -Supporting other task of HR Department


  • -Learning about how to make capability dictionary, KPIs and salary based on work value in the company with 1200 employees and ERP, ERP, ISOs, CSR (ICTI) systems
  • -Have opportunity to promotion ( be a HR manager)
  • -Salary: Negotiating salary which depends on the ability (will be dealt in the interview)
  • -Signing labor contract after probation period; all legally required benefits provided: such as health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance.
  • -24 hours accident insurance;
  • -Annual holiday/ travel, holiday bonus, Tet bonus
  • -13th month salary, bonus shares.
  • -Work with international standards: Epicor, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 26000, 5S and corprate social responsibility.
  • -The candidate who has no experience will be trained base on the above standards
  • -Provide mid-shift meals and supplementary allowance for overtime hours.
