- -Participate in project about building salary based on the job position, building capacity dictionaries and KPIs.
- -Working with departments to make job description, quota of workload of positions
- -Follow the process of evaluating KPIs and capabilities periodly
- -Supporting other task of HR Department
II. SALARY AND BENEFITS
- -Learning about how to make capability dictionary, KPIs and salary based on work value in the company with 1200 employees and ERP, ERP, ISOs, CSR (ICTI) systems
- -Have opportunity to promotion ( be a HR manager)
- -Salary: Negotiating salary which depends on the ability (will be dealt in the interview)
