Mold Making & Machining

Along with plastic injection molding or presses process, an on-site tooling workshop is also built in the same location where our manufacturing takes place. The workshop is capable of fabricating large parts such as mold core and cavity (for injection molding) and main body and insert of press dies (for hi-speed presses), with the conjunction of mold bases and accessories from prestige Japanese brands as Futaba, Misumi… Currently with the capacity of making over 10 new molds, toolings at several different sizes every month in-house, we are confident in dealing with demanded on-time response from customers all around the world.

In addition to the fabrication of molds and dies, ingenious machining parts are as well made in-house. It is any of various processes in which a piece of raw material is cut into a desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process. The whole procedure is handled thoroughly by skilled and well-trained operators, with the main assistance of advanced machine centers and series of machine tools of famous brands such as MoriSeiki, Makino, and Sodick.
